Cerebripetal \Cer`e*brip"e*tal\, a. [Cerebrum + L. petere to seek.] (Physiol.) Applied to those nerve fibers which go from the spinal cord to the brain and so transfer sensations (centripetal impressions) from the exterior inwards. [1913 Webster]
